Are calls recorded? No. There are no recordings and no transcripts.
Emergencies? Gas smell: callers are told to ring 0800 111 999. Danger to life: 999. Urgent leaks: you get an immediate SMS.
New number? No, you divert unanswered calls to your Ringwise number.
What if I go over my minutes? Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes (Starter 300). Extra minutes are 15p each, and we'll warn you before you reach the limit.
Can I cancel? Monthly rolling contract. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no exit fees.
